Third-party vendors engaged by our practice that acquire or have access to confidential or proprietary material of our clients (including work product) are requested to sign a confidentiality agreement in advance of receiving any materials or information. Compliance with this confidentiality requirement is subject to periodic audit by our practice.
Identity of the client
Except in the ordinary course of the representation, unless specifically approved by the client, we will not publish to any third party that an individual or organization is a client of the firm.
We will not make any statements to the media on behalf of our client or relating to the client’s matters without the express direction and approval of the client. All media inquiries, including questions regarding the client's relationship with our practice will be immediately reported to the client.
