The people with real focus

At Masouros and Partners, our mission is simple. We want to radically improve the way corporate legal advice is delivered, especially when it comes to M&A transactions.

We’ll do that by bringing together the sharpest legal minds in the business and equipping them with the tools, incentives and purpose to operate in a way that serves their clients better than any other law firm. We are always on the lookout for talented people to join us and help make that goal a reality. Do you have what it takes to make the difference in the deal?

Our principles

We imagine a world where the best dealmakers can practice at the top of their game. As niche, high-quality legal brands outperform their full-service rivals, we want to be part of the revolution in legal service delivery. We want everyone to be at the top of their game, so we look to develop and nurture ourselves, one another and our clients.

We all bring different capabilities to the table, but our shared determination to deliver for our clients means we’re always on the same page.

Through growing our firm, we’re looking to strengthen and embolden this resolve. We recruit like-minded lawyers and accept the skills, knowledge and personality they bring to the table. Our strength lies in our diversity. We believe in going that extra mile. Whether it’s simply for our clients or for the good of the industry. It’s great to give something back.

We encourage our lawyers to be active members of our clients’ teams, looking around the corners and developing new opportunities for them.
