Our Managing Partner, Pavlos Masouros, was invited as the only attendant from Greece in the invitation-only, annual, symposium of the International Institute for the Study of Cross-Border Investment and M&A Annual Symposium held in Hotel Potcki in Paris on October 30, 2018. The invitation-only conference included delegates and speakers from the globe’s top M&A practices, including Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, Slaughter & May, DeBrauw Blackstone et al. This was an opportunity to discuss the latest key development in M&A markets in Europe and beyond and share insights with the world’s leading M&A law firms.

Masouros & Partners attended SmithNovak’s ‘NPL Greece’ (2nd Edition) held at the Grand Hyatt Athens on May 29, 2019. SmithNovak’s NPL events are the go-to conference events for service providers active in the Non-Performing Loans industry that has recently been booming in Greece. With many of our clients active on the buy-side or service-side of NPLs, Masouros & Partners attended this event to stay on top of the latest developments, liaise with the industry’s top professionals and gain insights as to what lies ahead as Greek banks move to offload an even greater NPL portfolio in the years to come.

Our Managing Partner, Pavlos Masouros, was a speaker in the annual LUISS B&C Symposium on the European Capital Markets Union, which has held in Rome, Italy. The topic of his presentation was “The Relationship between the Capital Markets Union and the Banking Union”.
